Stefano Loconte TEP

Stefano Loconte is the founder and managing partner of Loconte&Partners and is qualified to practise before the Italian High Supreme Court. His areas of expertise include corporate and commercial law, tax law, international law, and business contracts. With extensive experience in trust law, Stefano also serves as a Professor of Tax Law, International and European Tax Law, Trust Law, and Islamic Finance at the University LUM — G. Degennaro University in Bari, Italy. He is the Scientific Director of MADEM (Master in Arts & Design Management) and MIFL (Master in Made in Italy, Fashion and Luxury Management) at LUM Business School. Stefano is the chair of STEP Italy and a member of the STEP academic community.
