Guillaume is a Partner in the Private Wealth Department at Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd and serves as Vice-Chair of the Swiss and Liechtenstein STEP Federation. He advises wealthy international individuals on estate planning, taxation, and mobility matters.
Guillaume is the author of Le trust en Suisse (2020), the only comprehensive legal and tax textbook on trusts in Switzerland. He is a prolific writer and speaker, contributing extensively to discussions on trusts, estate planning, and taxation.
He studied law at the Universities of Cambridge (UK), Lausanne, and Zurich and holds a PhD in International Law.
