Amanda Lashley TEP

Amanda leads Cidel's Trust and Legal Services division, specialising in Trust and Estate Planning. With over 25 years of experience as an Attorney-at-Law, her practice encompasses major international financial centres, serving clients such as family offices, trust companies, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Amanda currently chairs the Barbados branch of STEP, co-chairs STEP’s Business Families Global Special Interest Group, and is a member of the STEP Caribbean Conference Steering Committee. In 2019, she was honoured globally with STEP’s prestigious Founder’s Award for her exceptional contributions to the field.
