He is a certified Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP), one of the founding members of STEP China and the first Co-chair of STEP China between 2021 and 2023.
Sunny has extensive experience advising wealthy families and family offices in succession planning, asset protection and structuring investments, advising on various complex legal issues and best practice.
His broader practice focuses on corporate law where he advised private companies and multinationals on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and mergers & acquisitions.
