CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING A FINALIST FOR THE STEP PRIVATE CLIENT AWARDS!
These Awards highlight excellence and innovation among private client professionals worldwide. To be a Finalist is a great achievement. The judges shortlisted only those they felt to be the most outstanding in each category.
The Judging panel, will decide upon a winner for each category and they will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 18 September 2025 at the London Hilton on Park Lane, UK.

Finalist information form
Please complete the Finalist Form (via the Evessio Platform) by Friday 4th July. Once completed you will then be provided access to your finalist logos for the category(s) you have been shortlisted in.
Finalist logos
Showcase your Finalist status by using the logos on your social media, website, email footers and marketing materials. To access the logos please complete the Finalist Form by Friday 4th July. On completion you will be directed to a page with your logos and guidelines for correct use of the logos. Attending the Awards Ceremony
The Awards Ceremony will take place on 18 September 2025 at the London Hilton on Park Lane, UK.
The event attracts a global audience of practitioners and promises an unrivalled networking opportunity as we celebrate the best our industry has to offer.
This year marks the 20th Anniversary of the Awards and promises to be an unmissable event. Presented by actor and writer Sanjeev Bhaskar, the Award Ceremony will include a networking champagne reception, three-course dinner and an after-party with live music and a silent auction.
As a Finalist, we have automatically reserved you two tickets for the evening. You will need to purchase these tickets by Friday 4 July 2025. There will be an auto release after this date.
You can also purchase additional tickets, but we advise that you book early, as in previous years the event has sold out and a waiting list has been established.
If you are unable to attend please ensure a representative from your firm or sister firm can collect the Award on your behalf.
Tickets
Table (For 10 persons) - £520 + VAT
Individual ticket - £4680 + VAT (pay for 9 tickets only, receive the 10th place free)
The ticket price includes a champagne drinks reception, 3-course dinner with 1/2 a bottle of house wine* per person, awards presentation and entertainment.
*If you do not want the included wine package, the same value of soft drinks only will be provided.
Hotel reservations
A preferential room rate has been reserved for a limited number of rooms at the London Hilton on Park Lane for the Awards Ceremony.
This preferential rate will be available until 18th August or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first
Single occupancy: £508 per night, inclusive of taxes and full English breakfast
Double occupancy: £533 per night inclusive of taxes and full English breakfast
The room rate is available from 16-20 September subject to availability.
