This page is intended to provide you with support for uploading your Private Client Award submission(s) via the Evessio platform.
STEP 1 - Create an Evessio Account
- Upon starting an entry process, you will be required to create an Evessio account or log in if you have previously used the platform before.
- Click here to create an account, agree to the Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy and click “Submit”.
- You will then receive an email to the email address provided. Please click the link to in the email to validate your email address.
- Please note: you will be unable to complete a submission until your email address has been validated. Please ensure you check your spam folders or go to your profile to re-send the confirmation email or edit your address in case of misspelling.
- If you already have an account, but can’t remember your password please click the “Forgot password” link.
Finalists will be announced on 20 June and those who have been shortlisted will need to login to the evessio platform. We advise to share the log in details with colleagues on your team in case of absences/holidays.’
STEP 2 - Start the entry process
- You can only complete your entry once you have verified your account.
- Select a category and review the criteria.
- When you are ready click “ENTER NOW”, if you are not logged in, you will either need to create a new account or enter your log in credentials before you can proceed with a submission.
- Complete the Awards nomination form, ensuring you have addressed all of the criteria requested.
- Should you wish to enter another category choose one listed under ‘Enter another category’ and complete the requested criteria.
- When you have entered all required information, agree to the terms and conditions and hit “Continue” to finalise the entry.
- Different software's count words in different ways so please don’t rely on any software other than Evessio to determine the word count.
- Pay the entry fee via credit card (£150 + VAT per entry), we are unable to accept any other method of payment.
- Once you have successfully completed your entry, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique nomination code.
- STEP will continues to support our Charity Partner, Alzheimer’s Disease International. They support and work with Alzheimer and dementia associations in 120 countries, as well as people living with dementia, carers and all relevant organisations to help raise awareness, challenge stigma and to call for dementia to be the global health priority it needs to be. Entrants; entrants will have the opportunity to provide a voluntary donation. Full details can be found on the confirmation email once you have submitted your entry.
STEP 3 - Save for later or modify a completed entry
- The submission process allows for saving of partially completed entries.
- Please use the "Save for Later" button to move an entry into the saved items.
- When you log out and log back in you can retrieve the entry from saved items.
- You must then complete the required fields and click “Return to submission” to complete the submission form and finalise your nomination.
- Nominations can be edited, even after they have been submitted, up to the Awards Entry closing date.
- Once you have logged in to your account you can locate a completed entry via the "Nominations" menu.
- Click on the relevant submission to access the submission details.
- Edit the entry and use the save button to store changes.
